We are the Gym with great traditional extensive heavy free weights. We have some great pieces of Technogym cardio equipment and good old Life Fitness.

We have a complete set of dumbbells that start at 2 kg and go all the way up to 50 kg in increments of 2 kg (i.e. 2 kg, 4 kg, 6 kg...). This means you wont need to make a large jump between weights and can get just the right level of challenge.
We have a full suite of Life Fitness resistance machines, they are great to target specific muscle groups and more importantly, safer to operate than free weights.
We have two cable machines: a dual adjustable, and a fixed crossover. Cables are great for isolation exercises and are extremely versatile due to the various attachments.
Our Smith Machine combines the sensation of free weights with the safety of traditional resistance machines. A very useful piece of kit that allows the user to adjust the racking height as utilise safety stops in case things go south. Great for unsupervised compound movements or for when you want to overload!
