We offer classes for every level, and each class has its own size so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please sign-up online or at reception as soon as possible to avoid dissapointment.

Our Classes (included in membership)

HIIT

Mondays 6:45pm – 7:30pm

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines short periods of anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Great for improving your cardiovascular fitness and for weight loss.

Body Tone & Stretch

Tuesdays 1pm – 1:45pm

A full-body workout to get your heart pumping. Incorporate stretching & bodyweight exercises to tone your body and get healthier.

Core Blimey

Monday 12:30pm - 1:15pm
Fridays 1pm - 1:45pm

Your core is involved in almost every movement your body makes. Make it stronger in this fun and energetic class with our trainer, Paul.

Kick Boxing

Wednesdays 8pm – 9pm
Fridays 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Release stress as you combine exercise and self-defence to achieve a full-body tone & stretch workout.  Get your blood pumping and endorphins flowing in our controlled sessions.

Spin

Tuesdays
6:45pm – 7:30pm

An intense version of riding a stationary indoor bike. Switching between different body positions, pedal speeds and resistance leads to a fantastic cardiovascular workout whilst building strength in the lower body.

Pilates

Sundays 10am – 11am

A form of mental and physical training that increases strength and flexibility. It is particularly useful in preventing and recovering from injuries as all movements can be scaled to an individual's ability.

Legs, Bums & Tums

Wednesdays 6.45pm - 7.30pm

Get a firmer bum, tum and leaner legs by attending our 'Legs, Bums & Tums' workouts. Your legs will get a workout through squats, lunges and mats exercises. You will exercise your abs doing some crunches and planks. This class is a fantastic calorie burn workout!

Yoga

Mummy&Me Pilates - A relaxed yet focused class, specially developed by busylizzy for post-natal mums wanting to get back into pre-pregnancy shape. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Baby Massage - A calm, relaxing and hugely beneficial class for you and your baby. We focus on all areas of the body and teach you basic massage routine that you can effectively practice at home.

Barre Tone

 

This increasingly popular exercise regime incorporates the precision of Pilates with the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet. Add to this the alignment of yoga and the strength from spots conditions and you will have all the aspects of a typical Barre workout.
